Plumbing leads

Plumber lead generation, built on live Google listings

Plumbing is the trade with the shortest decision window — a burst pipe gets whoever answers and looks credible. That makes the online profile of every plumbing company in a given area a readable scoreboard: who has invested in being findable, and who is still relying on a bare Google pin. FindLeadly reads that scoreboard for the area you choose and hands you the businesses, their contact details, and the specific weakness in each profile.

  • Plumbing companies by city or postal code with radius control
  • Instant view of who has no website at all
  • Rating and review-count thresholds you set
  • Direct Google Maps profile link on every record
  • Fresh Places API results, not a recycled database
  • CSV export included on the free plan

How it works

1

Define the patch

Postal code plus radius beats a city name when your work is clustered around a depot or a set of towns.

2

Search the trade

Plumber, drainage, heating engineer or your own term — the query runs live against Google Places.

3

Sort by weakness

No website first, then low review counts, then poor ratings. That order matches how easy the conversation is.

4

Export and call

Take the CSV into your CRM or a spreadsheet and work through it with a reason to call attached to each row.

Who actually uses a plumbing lead list

Three groups get value from the same export for different reasons. Agencies and freelancers use the no-website flag as a qualified pipeline — a plumber without a site is a short sales cycle. Suppliers and software vendors use it for territory planning, because the list is effectively a census of every plumbing business Google knows about in a radius. And larger plumbing firms use it to find subcontractors and acquisition targets: one-van operations with good ratings and no marketing are exactly who they want to partner with.

What the data does not contain is email addresses. Google does not publish them, so neither do we, and any tool promising verified emails for local trades is inferring or scraping them somewhere else. The phone number and the Maps profile are what you get, and for plumbing outreach the phone is the higher-converting channel anyway.
