Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of FindLeadly (findleadly.com), operated by Hoti International FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FindLeadly, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FindLeadly helps users find local business leads, such as businesses without a website, with few reviews or with a weak Google profile. Lead data comes from the Google Places API and other public sources. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate or up to date, or that any lead will become a customer.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You can sign up with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity in your account. One person or business per account; do not share or resell access.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

FindLeadly offers a free plan and paid monthly plans with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card data. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or limits with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FindLeadly or lead data for spam, harassment, fraud or any illegal purpose.
• Break applicable marketing, anti-spam and data protection laws when contacting businesses.
• Scrape, copy or resell the service or its data in bulk, or bypass usage limits.
• Create multiple accounts to get more free usage.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.

You are solely responsible for how you use lead data and for any outreach you send. Use of Google data is also subject to Google's terms.

6. Your content

Notes, statuses and other content you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

7. Our rights

FindLeadly, its software and branding belong to Hoti International FZCO. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the service at risk.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using FindLeadly and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@findleadly.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example liability limits) remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts in Dubai have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use FindLeadly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
